First of all, I love these glasses! I'd been looking for something like this for a while. Beautiful craftsmanship and very comfortable. After I had a small issue with a pair I purchased I reached out to customer service. They were IMMEDIATELY in contact with me about getting me a replacement pair and they were literally brought to my doorstep the next day. Not shipped, hand delivered by someone at the company. Now, even if you don't live locally to this company, rest assured they will take care of you. Highly, highly recommend this product and company!
